I love wearing mascara; the difference that it makes to my eyes is just amazing. It opens them up and frames them beautifully. I love False Lash Effect Mascaras because I love the idea that I could get my lashes to look like I am wearing falsies.
One thing that really annoys me, with adverts for mascaras is why do they have to use lash inserts? Why can’t they just show the product on someone with ‘normal’ lashes so that we can then, see what it is going to REALLY LOOK LIKE? After all when we use the product we are not going to use lash inserts ‘to ensure an even lash line’ we are just going to use them on our own bare lashes!!
*****Update 28th June 2012*******
Anyway rant over!!! I have actually fallen in love with this mascara! I used this all the time when I was on hols and the difference that it made to my lashes was amazing!!!
I used two products the whole time that I was in Albania, this and the Maybelline BB Cream. I have updated my review and have definately changed my opinion from 'this is an ok mascara to, this is an excellent mascara and my favourite at the mo!'
I still have mixed feelings about the size of the brush, it's very good at ensuring that the masacara goes on evenly and stops lashes from clumping and makes them fan out nicely.
The only downside of the brush is that it can sometimes smudge the bottom lashes and not work as good on them (this could be because, I dont have a lot of bottom lashes!
******No Lash Inserts were used, to ensure an even lash line!!!!!
This is just the mascara used on my bare lashes!!!!!!********
This mascara definately works and makes my lashes look like falsies!!
Max Factor False Lash Effect Fusion Mascara retails at about £11.99 (I got mine for £5.99 off Ebay!)
